β β β β β Brought my kid entered the shop, and hope can find suitable toy. There are two staff attended the shop . My kid happy play with those toy train on the table which near the entrance . A junior staff try to promote the product and claimed is compatible with certain brand . Subsequently a "senior" staff approached and "reminded " my kid don't lift up the item. She remain stand there closely monitor what the kid doing and try to " remind " . I wanted to browse around the shop and hope get product which is really unique . Unfortunately the way of handle your young customer (toddler ) is really " professional " which make me don't feel ..... Need to enforce brand management and customer service .

β β β β β I have mixed feelings after my visit. Came across their physical store by chance and went in for a quick browse. Was impressed by the range of toys cause Iβve always been interested in purchasing wooden and educational toys for my children and their range is pretty unique, sourced from Germany and Netherlands and prices were reasonable (as compared to the likes of Grimms etc). However I canβt say the same for the customer service when I came back with my kids. Same as previous reviewer, I experienced a sweet and patient junior staff while the senior staff gave less desirable service. The toys were out for βplayingβ or trying as per the signages to sanitize our hands before playing. We were browsing on our own when the senior staff started recommending random products. She was friendly at first but when we werenβt exactly bringing the toys to the cashier, she started to push. Then when that didnβt work out, she started to pick on my children whenever they touched the toys. Even my toddler of 1 year plus. I didnβt make much of a fuss as I know we have outstayed our welcome and I understand during covid times, retailers are under much pressure. But since they have an online business, I think they really have to be mindful about hiring the right staff or coaching their staff on proper customer service. The senior staff was terribly short sighted in my opinion. But nonetheless, I would still recommend to purchase the toys sold by this store though I would also recommend to purchase them online instead of the physical store. Personally I was piqued with the service so that might turn me off for a while till thereβs a compelling reason to purchase these toys.

β β β β β A really neat and thoughtful selection of children toys. From anti-bacterial (self cleaning) playthings for toddlers, pretty and sturdy building blocks, to a MakeDo toolbox equipped with child-friendly saw and screwdriver (imagine 5-6 year-olds cutting through cardboard with ease) for endless creations. My kindergarten class children are so excited to be able to play with them. It really supports their imagination, independence and self-engaged learning. Thank you Kevin and Angela for your recommendations and kindness!

β β β β β Great toy shop, maybe not so great service. We experienced a patient and helpful staff explain to us about a range of toys from Germany. Then as our child was playing with the kitchen toys, another staff proceeded to introduce that there is an apron set to go with mitts that my daughter was trying out. Interested, I decided to engage and asked a quick yes, no, question, "Are the mitts functional?". At once, the lady's expression and tone turned negative. She rattled at me that me that, no the mitts were not, it was only for play, and children should not be holding such hot stuff anyway! Umm, was she trying to allude that I would be let my 3 year old handle an oven? I was interested to know, in my thoughts, things like, perhaps it could handle a warm cookie if one day we bake together because it looked slightly padded? So perhaps it was my langauge skills, sigh, I'll never know. But I do know, I would have been better off not engaging when recommended some products by the staff.

β β β β β Thanks Kevin for the prompt service. My little grand daughter really loves the Tour Bus. So far she enjoyed chewing the antibacterial toy car, animal set and stacking cup too that we bought for her. Wonderful range of toys! Good job and keep it up.

β β β β β I like this shop a lot. We bought here gorgeous doll house for our daughter as a Christmas present, she plays with it a lot. We had a good discount as it was a preorder and it came in a stated time.
What is also important for me, I don't like when shop assistant keeps introducing me something and never leaves me alone, following through the store. Thankfully this never happens in LittleShop, even when I'm with the stroller, even when my daughter keeps touching everything. So in short, I really like this store.
