Nice designer furniture with very polite, attentive staff. Wendy served us and she was really polite, efficient and knows her products well.

You be the judge of the factual experience recounted as follows. 1) Broken bottom panel as per pictures. We only discovered the breaks in the paneling (concealed below the console, behind the legs) when we were moving the console in place. What surprises me is the delivery guys did not think to call this out when they drilled the legs in place, as they would not have missed these huge cracks. 2) Second piece came - AGAIN defective. What is unbelievable about this mid market furniture store is that a) they refuse to let you speak to management at any level b) their sales staff are not able to handle escalated issues, and even try to palm off their duty to the delivery guys. They handle their faults at the customer's expense entirely, which is very very disappointing. What I do sum up from this experience is that this so-called branded furniture store has a rather lack lustre customer experience, and a complete adherence to the "pass the buck" attitude to post-sales experience. However, the second delivery team that came was really good. Helpful, knowledgeable and overall made an terribly unpleasant situation better than it would've been otherwise.

It was an extremely pleasant experience shopping in this taiseng store with Vincent and Wendy that made me keep going back for more . Albeit it was sales period, they were not rushed in showing me around. Vincent was very patient and took time and best effort to recommend pieces after asking questions about our theme and design. Wendy is quick thinking and offer valuable opinions too. Going over and beyond is how I will describe these 2 sales persons. Lifestorey is very blessed to have these committed individuals.
