Champ adds great ideas from concept and designing stage (understanding our requirements) to actual implementation (positively surprised that real work is close to his illustrations) to project management (especially that our reno was completed on time). He is also very responsive and patient to our requirements and questions. Definitely good quality, great value and professional.

Design was changed without informing us and carpenters insist they only follow what was instructed by ID. Had to make a complaint before they are willing to change back to the original plan resulted in further delays. The design does not serve the purpose of storage but display shelving instead. Follow-ups were slow and we had to constantly accommodate to their last minutes changes of appointments to fix the cabinets.
A	Adrienne Yow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ID firm ever. Took more than 6 months to near complete storage cabinets tt we engage them for, not to mention, with defects. The carpenters that did the installation were never prompt on their timings, there will always be last min changes in timings and dates . The last straw was ID in charge expected us to re provide cabinets dimensions ourselves to the carpenters. We understand that there are delays during this Covid period , but not delays after delays due to initial wrong dimensions provided by ID to carpenters , and all the subsequent unnecessary coordination hiccups . If there are differential prioritization due to the scale of projects, we also understand . But not to the extent of expecting your client to check misalignments / defects time n time again and shirking responsibility. Come on, more than six months for just storage cabinets? This speaks a lot on the professionalism, integrity and honesty of the firm.

My husband and I were beyond pleased with his dedication and accountability shown each time we needed something to be fixed. That being said (knowing our hectic schedule), he was a 'hands-on' project manager and was constantly there at our unit during the reno works. He updated us regularly and tried his best to rectify all of the problems we had. Blessed to have crossed path with you again, Kenchi. Thank you and all the best!

Reason we chose him was because he was price competitive and the design fit our requirements. Looking back on our reno journey, I would say we had a good experience and no major issues. 1) we were going for something simple and practical with the design. Daren made sound suggestions and offered good feedback based on his experience, that enabled us to make more informed decisions. He didnt hard sell form over function, and neither was he proposing frivolous ideas. 2) with covid, we expected major delays but somehow, daren managed to keep things moving. Sure there was the occasional push back in works or retiming of an installation but the reno was still completed in good time. 3) rectifications were followed up on 4) Overall, would recommend daren as he's a friendly guy, easy to talk to and his company offers a competitive option.

Despite some setbacks caused by the pandemics, Kenchi was willing to go the extra miles to deliver beyond what had been agreed. My fiancee and I are both very satisfied with the deliverables! We love our new home so much thanks to the lovely makeover done by Kenchi and Homies Design! ?

Ofcourse ongoing Covid situation played a part in some slight delays, but Kenchi never failed to consistently update about the progress. He was so professional and friendly as well. Definitely recommend

Despite COVID restrictions during the renovation period, there was minimal delays to the renovation and Flora was prompt in keeping us updated on the renovation progress. Big thumbs up to Flora & Homies! 10/10 would engage again for future renovations!
