"5 stars is not able to describe our review for our beloved ID Arthur Li " Arthur is an unique ID who will oppose our initial ideas and come up with something which is more practical, useful and more suitable for our lifestyle and our family. he even went an extra mile to visit us in our office in CBD during Office Hour, to go through some important detailing, he will also make a trip down to meet our parent to discuss on the minor detail for our parent room to let our parent feel happy living with us. at times he will be our listening ear to hear our problem and give us his personal advice. he is an awesome ID who have design and build our house into a wonderful area where our parent and us are happily living together now. i like to have a industrial look, but he blend in well with some modern look to suit my parent liking too. indeed an awesome combination. if we were to purchase another unit in the near future, he will be our Number 1 ID to select again!. jiayou Arthur. p/s: his pricing is very reasonable compare to market rate.

I have recommended a Japanese Friend of mine, Tanaka, to engage Willie from Design Avenue and she was really impressed with his design and styling ideas. I am the translator for this Friend of mine so I m always along side to help out with the meetings they have. Finally the quotations and contract are agreed upon, and works started on the 50yrs old flat in Tiong Bahru’s post War flat. Designer has been very patient and has a lot of initiative on the updating of works by all his workers. Although there are problems during the renovations, because of the very old structures, he has been really prompt in solving them. Workmanship, is always checked by him strictly, so the trust on him is fully given. My Friend let him have the total free play and listen to the advices he gave during the whole journey. Would like to extend my appreciation to Willie whom have done a wonderful job !

We have all heard so many stories about contractors or designers not fulfilling their work, charging exorbitantly in variant orders, falling short of expectations, going MIA towards completion, etc. Arthur from Design Avenue is prompt and helpful in his replies and quotations. While careful not to over-promise my requests (that may sometimes seem like pointing out problems rather than giving solutions), any promises made were delivered. Minor hiccups are common in renovation and I would say Arthur has resolved all of them with much satisfaction. Service is of utmost importance to me, because without it, it's easy for communication to breakdown, leaving the whole renovation with unhappiness. I'm happy to say that my recent experience with Design Avenue was great.

After considering 5 companies, me and my husband and I decided to engage Design Avenue. It was great working with Willie, our designer. Im always impressed by his work efficiency and he is very detailed on delivering his ideas throughout the whole journey. The schedule timeline is given to us and they actually managed to complete the project before our move in date. Good job to giving us our dream house.

Our Dream House" Have been 5 months since our moving in to this landed house. We and our kids really love the place. It was a 30yr old property, and we want to have a major revamp. But deal to budget constraint, we have to keep it very tight and do the neccessities. After meeting 3 Interior Designers, me and my wife have decided on Willie to design this house of ours. He totally understands what we want, and did everything he can to help us achieve our dream house. He has great taste, and given us professional advise on everything . Thank god we are fortunate to have engaged the right person. I have recommended all my friends who need to do their house to go to Willie. And thanks again for giving us this warm and cosy home?
