The products were a little tricky to install (even for my carpenters), but thank goodness for the Hafele aftersales team! Shoutout to Gary for all the assists!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after sales service. Faulty lock when first delivered. Had to wait for more than a week before a technician came. Only to be told that he did not bring the correct parts after meddling with the lock. After the technician left, the lock was in a worse state. We can only open using manual key.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never purchase anything from them anymore. The number pad of purchased digital lock failed on the 1st year and got to be replaced. The replaced one only lasted for slightly over one more year before it failed. Will replace the lock with another more reliable brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. Worst digital lock ever. Worst customer service ever. Digital lock was faulty within a month of purchase. Battery dies within 5-7 days. Chased customer service for assistance to be shoved off every week telling me “repair parts are delayed due to shipping”. I hope future consumers will check out google reviews before buying this brand. Reported since jan 2022, today is 11 april 2022 and still not getting any repairs or help. By the time the company “repairs” my lock, the amount i spent on batteries is enough for me to get a new lock maybe. I wanted to put 0 stars but google doesnt allow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a door and gate digital lock. Door worked, however gate lock was unable to detect fingerprint. Installer notified his company (Sales agent) who subsequently notified Hafele. Was notified by Hafele Cust Svc that next available date for Hafele technician is in 8 days. Makes me wonder how many people are needing their technician services for products that don't work and it seems like they only have 2 technicians... After requesting for a nearer date, was given following day. I applied for leave, got up early and awaited the technician to appear only to be notified 20mins before set appointment time that their technician is on MC and next available appointment is next week. Absolutely disappointed... Never even got to register my fingerprint, and wasted a day of leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great after sale service! They have same day emergency service if somehow your digital lock has some issues and can’t open. A shoutout to Varron and her team who are very patient and nice. They helped my mom with her digital lock and showed her how to use as well as recorded for her a video to demo how to use the manual key. However would like the management to reconsider the cost of the emergency service esp for the elderly whom I feel would probably face a lot of problems due to lack of knowledge on how to use the digital lock properly.

Contacted Hafele Customer Service for assistant help and within an hour, the technician arrived and resolve my digital lock issued in less than 5 minutes due to the connector loose inside the digital lock housing.
Thanks for understanding with the urgency arrangement to satisfy my needs and concern to avoid all the unnecessary inconvenience to my family member.
Once again, thank you!
