★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the 招牌干幼面. There are plenty of ingredients, and the squeeze of the lime is unusual but goes surprisingly well. Would have preferred a more runny egg. Also missing a certain fragrance compared to good dry ban mians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their signature noodles. Came with adequate slices of pork and plenty of vegetables. Puzzled with the sight of a lime but adds zing to the flavour of the handmade noodles. The young man cooking the noodles was very sweet and polite when he asked if I wanted chilli. Accommodating. Soup could have a bit more flavour though.
