The chicken feet and the char Siew wanton mee were good!

New stall in Kovan Hawker Center, runs by 3 young gentlemen. Friendly attitude. A little at the slower pace but acceptable. Decided to give it a try, bought 4 packets of charsiew wanton noodle. Noodle texture is good. However, taste is bland to no wanton noodle flavour that it should have. Have the impression that the sauce and flavour part of it are not there yet. Charsiew looks normal and taste normal too, nothing wow or unexpectedly melt in the mouth type. Fried wanton is average. Vege is not bad, if it can be more generous, would be perfect. Probably will give them another chance sometimes in future, not near future though and hope that they can perfect every single little aspect of the taste and flavour. Keep it up!
