β β β β β I call in to inform that im coming to the shop. I reach two minutes late,but the part centre close. Ever tought i already inform them that im coming to the shop. The staff and the managment dont have customer service or understanding that we have our own commitment. The staff is still at the shop till 6pm but cant handle their customer that arrive 2 minutes late. What kind of customer service yamaha have .

β β β β β Extremely impolite customer service staff. Called before to inquire if they had a particular motorcycle model, the staff's first call of reply was "Do you see this model on our website?!" in a very unfriendly tone. To which, i replied "no, i don't".. and he replied "If its not on our website then we don't have it!", i further asked if there would be any possibility if they would bring it in, and he replied "Just check the website, if it is there, then we carry it"...
Totally unacceptable service standards.

β β β β β Terrible customer service. No one around for 1.5hrs (12:15 to 1:45) that we were waiting at the showroom. Want to buy a bike worth 15k but no one bothered to be there to sell. Why not just shutter down? Waste peoples time.

β β β β β Any customer who pays at this rate $$$$ ( unbelievably high) for spare parts and service should at least be expecting a reasonably high level of service. But unfortunately, being a authorised Yanaha agent, the customers most of them anyway , are not getting this level of service expected.
The service staff takes their own sweet time in completing most job. Even a simple single cylinder engine overhaul would take more or close to a month!!
As for spare parts, most of the time they will tell the customer no stock and it takes 2 mths to order in!!!
Another agent should jolly well take over their authorised agent role if Yamaha japan knows about this!!

β β β β β Worst customer service ever. Lack of proper training and product knowledge, while every other shops knows what is that including other Yamaha parts distributor, Hong Leong being the main parts distributor doesn't know about it.

β β β β β Well.. there's alot of things they have to do there..Hello it's Yamaha's agent.. there's no rider's lounge for us to seat in while waiting for the bikes to be serviced,most of the rider's need to wait outside under the sun! Or wait at the lobby area where there's only 2 seats available, rude mechanic too not to mention name,I have a very bad experience there, so I'll think twice before getting another bike from them the next time.
