Hong Xiang Hainanese Chicken Rice - 1 Kadayanallur St

What an underrated chicken rice in Maxwell Food Centre. Long queue in Tian Tian, but Hong Xiang is very quiet. Their Soya Sauce Chicken Rice is very good! The meat is very juicy and tastes very good. I don't try their steamed chicken, but I am very sure it's also delicious. Follow my IG: @mottzhy

Great food! The staff was really sympathetic. I waited about 20min on the line, it was not that bad though.

They serve both steam and soy sauce chicken. The chicken is cooked to perfection with tender and succulent meat. The rice is very fragrant, keeps me coming back for more! && the chilli is a must try for those who love the spice! They do serve roast meat too which are pretty awesome as well. Strongly recommend to all!!!!

Really a bad experience. Rice doesn't taste like chicken. Portion of chicken is very small even at $5. Doesnt come with even a slice of cucumber or a bowl of soup? Pls skip this stall and instead head to Golden Mile Hawker Centre for an authentic experience of chicken rice.

I read the good reviews for this place, but when I got my plate I got disappointed.. :/ The chicken was cold, but the rice and the pak choi were warm at least. Halfway in the meal I got a small piece of bone in my chicken filet. Ordered a big plate. I had to get some extra food from my girlfriend to get full. The chicken was not so tender as the others would have me believe. This is the first time I've tried Hainanese chicken rice though, so maybe it is supposed to be like this? We DID come pretty late right before they were gonna close. Maybe it had something to do with it all..?

I ordered and paid for egg but no egg. I’m upset. Aunty still so nice to me so i give 2 stars if not i give 1.

I ordered a small size Hainanese chicken rice which was really small. Although the lady used a bowl to measure the amount of rice but it was not fully a bowl. The middle size of bean sprouts were much lesser in size when compare with other Chicken stores in the food court. Taste not so good. The rice not as good as Tin Tin. I would only recommend the soya chicken only because not many other stores are selling this. Not worth for queuing up for 20 minutes.

First time trying chicken rice in Singapore. I paid for the most expensive option of the 3, with more and better meat, I guess.
