Staff has no idea about the products they're selling, and their towels, while aesthetic, are horrible functionally - don't dry at all!

I want to thank Ms. Bee Keng for her help. She was willing to go the extra mile. I got a cut on my toe in store and she brought me her personal wet wipe and a bandage. Thanks Ms. Keng!

Hooga products are affordable and help to spruce up your home aesthetic. The layout of the shop is organised and aesthetic and even down to the packaging is down to detailed and has a premium feel.

Great selection of affordable accessories to dress up my new home. Prices are affordable and unique and save me time to get the little stuffs at different places. Good experience.

*** EDIT: HOOGA has exchanged the bedlinen for me. These were the Tencel ones where the fibers are more delicate. They've changed it to the cotton ones which have been fine so far. Pity it’s not as smooth as the tencel one but I’m still pleased. Don’t buy their bedlinen. Spent around $180 but they pilled within 3 weeks and the fluff is stuck on our clothes/hair. Poor quality.

I've been to this shop everytime to buy my bedding stuffs. Things like bedsheets set and bathroom rags, towels, etc. Seriously, I've to admit that their bedsheets under the brand Tencel is truly my favourite that was really silky and soft that my wife and myself indulge in our sleep with their 930 thread count of bedsheet. I happened to buy one of the highest thread count of 1300 from them by Tencel. But that was the last piece. Recently, I went back there to buy another bedsheets set and one of the sales lady was recommending me a new stock of 1400 threadcount. I was excited and bought one set back. To my dismay, my wife and I lose our sleep because it turn out the material is warm and rough.. we were so upset and we decided to go back to the store and see what can they help on this. Met up with this lady called Bee Keng that was serving us when we bought the bedsheet set. We explain to her about the issue and she listen carefully and understand our concern. She immediately address to our issue and allowed us to return the bedsheet and change the correct one that we wanted without further delayed. We were very surprised and truly please with her attitude. She was soft spoken and polite to explain to us and even bring the correct material which we looking for to ensure that we bring back the old one and she have reserve the new set all for us. It was an awesome experience that we didn't expected that this staff had actually exercise her initiative and her attitude is truly commendable!! Thank Bee Keng for being patience, polite and understanding to our needs. We thanked you very much!!!
