★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at the shop at 5.30pm and the shop shuttle was closed. There was a note outside the shop stating they are having staff break from 4.30pm to 6pm. So no problem. I waited until 6pm and the shop isnt open yet. Furthermore i noticed there is one guy disposing waste cartons on a trolley. Other than that. The shop remain closed as of 6.10pm. Where is the responsibility of the store manager?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So IUIGA stuff is pretty awesome and I frequent the online store to get stuff. I stopped by the funan store to get a quick last minute gift, but the staff was downright rude and service was appalling. They were just simply unhappy to help and spoke in an angry tone, I never encountered such an experience at a store before. I rarely give 1 star reviews but this experience really justifies it.
Hence I chose not to purchase and I think I shall just support IUIGA via the online platform. Recommend anyone to not bother visiting this physical store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This got to be the worst outlet of all. Went 3 times on 3 different Saturday afternoons and it was CLOSED. Not a note or anything. If you are not keen in doing business, maybe it is time for you to close this outlet. At least other outlets had announcement to say that they are closed temporarily. This outlet has none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items sold here are of unique designs. Minus 2 stars for the fact that customers must download their app in order to pay, even without using their normal cashier checkout. Would be a waste of time if you are just a tourist coming on a single visit. No dedicated staffs to help customers with their enquiries, making the cashier overloaded, busy answering questions instead of manning the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time for any non Singaporean customers. They force you to download an app and you can only do so with a SG number. My wife spent 20minutes and they were unable to serve her because she didn’t have the app. This business model must surely see them fail. RIP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is always closed! So inconvenient! Time stamp 12:20nn. Sometimes maybe close for lunch. But atleast fix the timing so people wont waste their time walking to this outlet without any notice. Please put a notice what time will be back too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Bought the product in December. Contacted customer service like 6 times but product still not here. Went down to shop serveral times but didn’t come. When the customer service says that the product came, went down to shop again and staff say havent come. It has been 6months since purchase. Will never ever buy again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cute, short but hunky cashier is a plus (bonus star ⭐️). He needs to be more friendly though. The shop closes randomly. But when it opens, I like browsing here. Small shop, but compact and well layout. Membership requirement kinda sucks, but oh well.
