One of my favourite stores in Singapore. Love having so many eco-friendly and socially responsible brands and products in one space! They have a diverse range of items, from sustainably made pencils to furniture made of reclaimed wood. I always go there to source for birthday and christmas gifts. There’s always something for every special person in your life and every budget, and also a great place to go shopping for locally and regionally made clothing and accessories.

I absolutely love this place. their specialty is to only sell things that are environmentally friendly or recycling other materials into products that we might need. It has everything from clothing and personal items, to things like straws and kitchenware. They carry a range of organic and sustainable foods including oils, olives, and wine. You can find awesome brands like Indosole here too! Yoga mats, clothes, female hygiene products and more. Awesome shop that can help you reduce your environmental footprint.

Update 27/5/22 (3 stars to 2 stars): Came here to drop off recycled clothes and to purchase a bar of soap. Arrived slightly before 5pm, there were 2 staff (a Chinese lady with long black hair and an Indian man). There was 1 other customer browsing and no one else purchasing. The trouble started when I brought the soap to the counter to make payment. The Chinese lady asked me to go back and get another bar as the one I took had "no code". Turns out all of those bars had no code anyway. This led to a VERY LONG discussion and debate among the 2 staff on what soap it was, its price, its code and wondering why it had no code. The staff even asked me what the soap was for and if I had bought it before - they seemed totally clueless on their own products... I was in a rush and didn't expect a simple purchase of 1 bar of soap to take so long and so much hassle. FYI - the purpose of the soap is written on it and also the cost is shown on the display stand. Yet the 2 staff stood at the cashier for the longest time without going to check the display. Even keying in my purchase with the 10%discount seemed like too much for them to handle and took a ridiculous amount of time. Imagine if there were more customers or if I had bought more items... They also did not issue me an e-receipt until I asked for it, which triggered a slow search for pen and paper to get my email. Don't get me wrong - the staff this time were not rude like previous incidents but it was a painful and frustrating experience. I really like this shop and their products but I cannot recommend it and will unlikely return due to their consistent poor service. Staff needs to step up to know their products and basic cashier skills; as well as work with greater speed, flexibility and efficiency. old review: I shop here quite often as I really like their products and ethos; and so far I've had an excellent experience with their products and staff who are both friendly and knowledgeable. However my last visit wasn't up to par due to a female staff's poor service so I hope TGC can improve. I visited on a weekday afternoon and was the only customer in the store. When I went to the counter to pay for my purchase, there was a change in shift and a young female lady with very short cropped hair was manning the cashier. Despite standing there for some time with my item, the lady remained glued to her phone and seemed disinterested in settling my bill. I spoke up and she begrudgingly settled my payment with a sulky expression. Before I exited, I saw another item and decided to purchase that too. Again the lady was glued to her phone and seemed irritated that I was making a 2nd purchase. When I asked her if she had emailed me the 2nd receipt, she impatiently nodded and waved me away before turning back to her phone. I hope TBC can hire or train staff to be more customer-oriented and not be glued to their phones during working hours. thank you.

This is a much needed space in Singapore. A shop that allows me to see sustainable products in the flesh. In the past, most of these products are available online, shipped from else where and it's so hard to know how they look like, feel like, etc before buying. Now I can look and touch samples before sinking in my one buy because for sustainability, obviously you don't want to be buying and discarding right? What more, there are a variety of brands for each product to choose from because don't you just hate it when you only have that one token eco brand in your regular shops? It is my absolutely go to shop for restocking on my essential sustainable wares and for ladies, reuseable period wears and other feminine products. You can see, feel, before you decide. That just takes the unknown out of the shopping. It's a place with something for the whole family. My son and I enjoys going there. Thank you :)

This is a piece of heaven with eco-friendly and sustainable products that you will fall in love with... If you're looking for sustainable products, would love to support local or small biz - this is your place to visit and purchase products. They have a variety of choices for kitchen used, fashion style clothing, organic foods, and so much more to offer. Best to visit for you to see and know what I'm talking about. Very easy to locate from Funan - the second floor at the corner.

I saw the bamboo toothbrush selling here, is a very good initiative to go green with this. I bought the reusable pads - 2 pantry liners to try. Brand called HannahiPad from Korea, and buy the soap for cleaning the pad too. Definitely will coming again for more green products here. And thinking to buy their composing your own fertilizer with your waste of foods box which there got 10% discount if you become member and u will enjoy it for 1st time online shopping there.

Great experience. Simple to do and fun selecting. Instructor was soft spoken but attentative. Provides sufficient guidance and allows some freedom in placement/ choosing colours for sand, type of sand etc… it was only 2 of us to 1 instructor so it was good.
