All the instructors show authenticity and true passion to teach and inspire, with clear articulations and instructions, and they are such happy folks ! Lava Yoga has deepen my understanding of my body, building strength, awareness and balance. Highly recommend this haven for the mind-body-soul connection !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lava is a female-only hot yoga studio, the staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable and included, and your fellow yogis are all ages and sizes. Real women, coming together for health, well-being, and a good dose of sweat.
Three highlights which further set Lava apart, and keep me coming back are;
1. The heated Japanese wooden flooring (‘Hinoki flooring’) - which makes Savasana feel like a snooze on warm sand,
2. The special lighting which changes in time with the music, helping to keep your mind away from thoughts of work, and taking the focus off the face you’re pulling as you try to master a new pose, and
3. The original music available in most the classes which completes the feeling that you’re leaving your worries behind, and seems to lift you up when energy is flagging at the 45 minute mark.
Highly recommended.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a holistic and dedicated hot yoga experience. The Hinoki floor is healing and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the hinoki flooring system during my yoga session as it is very good and comfortable. It helps to improve my blood circulations and warms my body as well. The scent of the wood also very unique and after every yoga session I feel good and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a fulltime mum is not easy therefore attending the hot yoga sessions is the way to relax all the tension throughout the day. I like the Lava Hot Yoga because is only woman yoga studio and their unique flooring is one of the reason I joining their class. Warm flooring and environment created inside the studio is big selling point that you wouldn't miss to join their class. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love the Yoga classes here. Room is sufficiently warm and not stuffy. The instructors are extremely patient and kind, plus they give clear directions for a beginner like me. A special shout out to instructors Melly, Hazel, Anna and Zenn. Such a lovely bunch of people who help to make me feel comfortable even when I struggle through quite a number of the poses. I really appreciate it when they offer tactile prompts and support to correct my posture or deepen my stretch. Big thanks to the team there for making my first Yoga experience such a positive one!
