I initially went in feeling very self-conscious since my previously taken IC photos from elsewhere were horrendous. I was pleasantly surprised when the uncle was very professional and helped me take images that reflect the best version of myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most disappointing experience I have ever experienced in SG. The lady in the workshop is nice but the boss has the worst attitude. There are a lot of inexplicable vague extra charges, including 40SGD if you want to get the original copy which the photo is by your own copyright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen another passport photo shop dedicating to helping their customer to make sure they look absolutely stunning in their passport photo.
Eugene made sure to give me tips on how to pose, how to adjust my face so I will look better. Not mention the multiple takes and the comparison he did after every single take to make sure I look good in my passport photo.
I was told this is because I went at a non-peak time. But nonetheless I'm certain regardless of what time you go, his attention to detail on your photo wouldnt change.
However Eugene is usually present only at their Hong kah outlet and from other reviews I see that the person at the Kent ridge outlet is usually a female staff named wei wei.
I paid $15 for soft copy of the passport size photo(since I'm applying online for my passport) which I think is an absolute steal given the service I received.

The lady working there is very sweet and made sure I looked good in the pictures!
Got my French long term visa passport photos done here! + normal passport photos.
Two sets of photos+ 5 dollars extra for soft copy = 40 dollars
They also get portrait photos, corporate gifts, photobooks, etc.
It's very rare to find passport photo processors in Singapore so I'm glad I found one!
The ID photo booths SUCK!
