L	Laura Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady taking passport photo was unprofessional and rude. She just grabbed the camera and “ka-tsa”. She didn’t care at all whether I was ready for the picture yet and gave no instruction to adjust. It seems she just wanted to finish soon and collect the money.

H	HongWei Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude owner who only cares about their own "reputation" than meeting customers needs Reply to response: Look into your unprofessional attitude that many here are pointing out before getting onto your moral and ethical high horse. Neither of these were present when you suggest your client to proceed with the appointment without a photo, despite knowing it will be rejected. Your shop was simply unable to meet the passport requirements, and I find it hard to sympathize with reasonings like "moved your printer to warehouse". In summary, you upheld your "business ethical and moral principals" by advising your clients to go for an appointment unprepared while they wait for you to slowly print a photo that can only be collected in 3 days. You are ruining what's left of a "reputation" with an attitude that's clearly lacking.
K	Keiran Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure how to reconcile the poor reviews. I went in to get Aussie and UK passport pics. The lady explained the UK is no issue and 6 prints for $15 for hard copy. Aussie is a different story. Old school photos are printed using a chemical process that most people no longer use. The world has moved onto inkjet style printing except the Aussie passport office rejects them! So they can print an Aussie acceptable picture but they have to send off to get it done because the older chemical printers are much rarer. She was very clear and didn't want me to waste money printing Aussie ones that would be rejected. Personally I will be asking "why" at the consulate rather than blaming the photo place.
C	Carol Woo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit and miss for AU passport photos here nowadays. Used to be good, but not anymore. They altered the background of my baby's photo, high comms staff was surprised they printed it. Asked me twice if it was true. I said yes and showed them the original digital photo and receipt. Then I was asked to go back and this time emphasized the need to NOT alter the digital photo. My husband went separately to get his and my eldest child's photo printed. His was approved, child's was not. So come here at your own risk.
S	Swati Das on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, easy to send pictures from phone (air drop) and wait 10-15 mins (mall has many options to kill a little time) and its done. If I am rushed can email in advance and just pickup also works great. They were able to give the infant passport photos just how the embassy needed it, opening hours are also good for working people. All in all would recommend. P.S. there's also a flower shop right next door if you are looking for a last moment Photo + bouquet combo!
