I wish to share with people who need hearing aids about my decision to purchase KIND Hearing Aid. & especially my excellent experience with the NUH Br, run by Mr Yeo & Ian. After trying a few well known products & vendors, I chose KIND most importantly for hearing quality rather than other features which other products may have more. But my final decision also considered good vendor professionalism, support & concerned service, as usage of hearing aid will be indeed a journey through time. Our hearing adaptation, deterioration or improvement and device performance will require retuning, servicing & sound advice. We require a trustworthy product & service provider. And that is my positive experience with KIND at NUH. My final words on my finding: 1. Can hear sound you couldn't before is not good enough. The full range of sound must remain natural, balanced & user selectable to meet challenging environment. You must be able to ENJOY your music, radio, TV without changing yr hearing setting. 2. Features like blue tooth media & phone connectivity may mismatch your desired speech hearing volume, resulting in user having to constantly adjust phone & hearing aid volume up & down. A cumbersome exercise you would give up soon. Dont pay extra for features if you are not going to enjoy them in the end. But the basic device must remain a good one. 3. Service provider must offer a period of trial & take time to work with you till you can find your optimum setting that show up the quality of the device. 4. KIND is doing direct selling & not distributes through companies which carry several brands. There tends to be more focus on selling & product support. I'm happy with my choice of KIND, and for having found an excellent branch located at NUH. It is not part of the hospital. One may go directly to the branch to understand the product & services.

I love KIND Hearing! I have been with KIND Hearing for years. I have no regrets being their client. I am a Deaf Mother in 40s. I was BORN DEAF. I have been using Nadia III UP hearing aids for years. I love Mr Yeo. He is a very very good and patient audiologist. Whoever want to go over, give my name a SHOUTOUT to Mr Yeo! hahaha! Whoever need hearing aids, do not be afraid. You won't regret having hearing aids! Mr Yeo and KIND Hearing, I LOVE YOU ALL!! Hearts shooting to you all~

I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received with KIND Hearing. Mr. Yeo has a deep understanding of the patient's needs, and he has done a great job adjusting my hearing aid to my present hearing status. My grandmother has been seeing Mr Yeo for more than 5 years. He is very patient and professional. Good service by all staff at the clinic. Would definitely recommend this clinic!

Very good service from Mr Yeo and his colleague at the reception. Free service and advise to solve my mother in law's problem with her hearing aids even though we just there to buy hearing aids batteries. Wonderful experience and will put this shop as our go to store for any matters regarding hearing aids.

KIND Hearing @NUH Medical Centre has a team of friendly and accommodating staffs. Thank you Mr Yeo for being so patient and professional. Recently I purchased a new ear piece after given a trial period to test on. It was fantastic! Mr Yeo assured me I could go back to him anytime if I encounter any issue with it. I strongly encourage KIND if anyone has issue with their hearing aid or need to purchase one!:)
