★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had head & shoulder with reflexology for an hour. The masseuse actually fell asleep during session so got nothing done. Told the reception upon payment but no discount. Paid in full for just lying on the bed basically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for foot massage with my friend. The lady at the reception was friendly. But the massage was not good and the service was shockingly bad. My friend was cold, they only gave 1 medium sized towel and I asked them for an extra towel. The masseuse answered, "That's all the towel we give you" and refused to give her another one.
Mine was more like caressing my feet instead of massaging at times and when I asked her to do it harder she said, "Next time you want harder you go find a man".
We left laughing though coz it was so bad it was funny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a few friends, we are massage regulars especially back when we could go JB. I’m positive this is a scam. What we experienced can be better described oil rub then massage. Much less “traditional Javanese massage”. Basically just putting oil, rub then wipe. No pressure and no technique for the entire hour. I could have given better massage myself. Don’t patronise. It’s so bad I’m not even that angry because it’s so obviously a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for massage in Kinex and Siglap previously so many times. Was massaged by Indonesian ladies. Was very good but I just went Kinex branch today (26 March 2022) for a 2 hours massage and was massaged by a non Indonesian lady and was told her name is NaNa. She only rubs the body and cause pain. I don’t know what massage she was doing but it was definitely not traditional javanese massage. It’s like going to an Indonesian restaurant ordering Indonesian food but they serve you street food that’s not even edible. I don’t know what the owners are doing but it’s having staff like this that can make the whole establishment collapse. Don’t bother going for massages here. Look at all the bad reviews now. It’s not worth trying your luck and hoping you get a good masseuse.
