★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged to head down to take a look at a specific item the day before and was given a number to call. But next day when I arrived at arranged time, I called the number given, the retail staff had no idea I was coming and staff just woke up. So I had to wait for 35min for the retail staff to head to shop. To make matter worse, the item I wanted to look at, was sold out. HowIrresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a an office table for $160 posted online. Went to their office to view it. When asked for a discount as there is a scratch on the table surface, salesman gave a discount of $10 and said it's $150 + GST. How insincere and dishonest. This the first time and will be the last time.

Their steelcase leap v2s are NOT all v2s. Will claim that its frankensteined together using spare parts.
However, we have more than one chair that comes with the steelcase 1 frame. Didnt realise until recently when we were installing a new 3rd party aftermarket headrest and had to remove the back cushion padding.
The back cushion padding differs between the v1 and the v2 in that there are two screws located in the v1, while theres none in the v2. The back cushion can be removed without unscrewing in the v2.
