Very unprofessional service.2 weeks ago went down to their office for interview Wif Hendrich for clinic recep post.after 2 days I email to him on the revert but was told that doc went on leave for 1 week.told me will revert back to me but till now not a single call or email to inform me whether I am shortlisted.VERY BAD SERVICE.will not go to this agency again.

Haii, im shaun from Broadrick Secondary School that had attented HTZ Resources Company under Entrepreneurship programme on 6 June 2018, i am really thankful for HTZ Company's Employee to teach me and my friend Guan Xi what a Recruitment Company is all about. I have learned alot of things from fellow Senior Colleagues like how to do Data Entry, Creating an Advertisment and many more. I really really appreciate the Senior Colleagues for Interacting with us and helping us when we're in need. Even though we don't show it during the course of 3 days working with you guys, we are thankful and grateful of you guys for helping me and Guan Xi when we're in need. I would give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude recruiter whose first question when I picked up the improptu call was "where do you live?" "what is your current salary?" and then proceeded to get mad when I refuse to say such info as they are private info and I literally just got asked by a total stranger these very personal questions ALL OF A SUDDEN. The recruiter kept pushing me and was very rude and passive aggressive, choosing to evade and reply my questions with his own questions instead of answering my simple questions. HTZ, if you don't train your recruiters to be more polite, don't act surprised when candidates react in the same way that you treat them. Peace.
