I just have to state my requirements and the agency wil have to narrow down the choices to those that will fit my requirements. They will also follow up with me on the performance and well being of the helper after I have employed the helper to ensure that both the helper and I are satisfied with each other. Therefore, I went back to Best Housekeeper recently again as my prior helper has to return home (within 1 week notice) take care of her ailing mother. I received the same top notch service again and managed to get a replacement helper within a short period of time who manages to fit our expectations. I have recommended the agency to many of my friends as well and they are satisfied with the level of service provided.

The helper is experienced especially in elder/bedridden care, good with her manners. Polite and soft-spoken. Communication was not a problem too. My family is well pleased and relieved that she is has been and is still a great help. My mom has since passed on but we are still keeping her because it is always a challenge to find a helper that fits.
