find this traditional massage is good & professional. The therapist know all the acupuncture point accurately & is very well train. This is the best place for accupuncture point massage & strictly traditional formal massage. It cosy & the staff is friendly too , only inconvenient is advance appointment needed. like this place & will be here more often from now.

I went on last month, a china lady do for me. She asking for top up $20 for oil n hard massage. After the massage I been pain almost 4 days. Especially pain on my neck n waist. Will not go again

The business changed owners several time over this 2 years and they lost a couple of customer records. They refused to honour whatever records that are lost. Tried getting a refund via CASE but they went back on their word and denied approving any refunds. DO NOT SIGN A PACKAGE WITH THEM. I lost a few hundred dollars because my record was lost and the refund proposal was less than $200. They have very poor record keeping standard compared to other places. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

My first tuina kind of massage. It’s really good if you enjoy this kind of massage (as opposed to the relaxing Balinese kind). First day after the massage left my shoulders and neck Super painful and sore. But after a few days the muscles started to loosen. Can tel that they are really professional with all the certifications hung up on the wall.

So I actually come to knew abt this place through fave, used their coupon and was very surprised with the good quality massage. Theres was a lot of strength used and its definitely for people who like to feel sore the next day after a massage. After finishing, the masseur Lily did not market their packages at all, it was only when it was initiated by me then she came to talk abt it. I was really impressed with how much strength and effort she put into it that i decide to signup for their 10 sessions package. Im at my 5th session now and I have yet to regret it, always asking for Lily everytime I return haha. If you are those that like a hard/painful yet relaxing tuina massage, this is definitely for you. Overall environment at the massage area may be a little small but its cosy and i guess its the masseur that matters ultimately.

I called to check the balance of my package today on 17 June 2021. My package was bought in 2019 and had one more session left that's worth approx. 55SGD. When I asked the lady on the line to assist me in checking my records, I was told that I've not been there for 2 years and she may not be able to retrieve my records because they have changed management recently and hence, they might have lost the records of the older customers since the record keeping system is messy at their end. She had the audacity to tell me "like buying insurance, the policy has an expiry date too and it won't guarantee you forever." She also mentioned that the last time I came for massage was two years ago (2019) and that I should've went more often so my records won't be lost... I asked her if she knew that there is a pandemic going on and she rebutted by saying "So what? There are still people who came to massage at this period." She is abrupt, and kept cutting me when I tried to explain to her and emphasize again and again that 1) I'm not buying insurance and her explanation don't justify why my records may not be found 2) it's not my fault or issue that they've changed management so don't tell me when I should go for my massage (be it 1 or 10 years later) and 3) that they should've kept their past customers' records properly due to PDPA involved. Before we hang up the phone, she told me that she will try to search for my records but there's nothing she could do if she can't find it eventually... I'm really disappointed at how bad they are handling their customers right now because they used to have very good customer services and their masseuse were some of the few skilled individuals that I've met.

Poor customer service. Called with booking prior to visiting the place. They did not even set up the room with towel or didn't even provide us the attire as they say that they didnt want to wash the clothing?! Before massage, they did not even bother to check the customer's record when we asked and just rush us into the room. We were even told by the masseuse that if there is customer after us we can only massage for 1 hr, if there was no customer, we can massage 1.5hr.. Shouldn't the massage be determined by the customers and gave us attitude as if we are not their customers. Shouldn't they know if there is appointment after my booking? As my friend was rushed in the room, so had no choice to continue with the booking. During the massage, the masseuse just put her phone on the massage bed and use the phone while massaging. Whole time can feel the phone's vibration. Told the masseuse that the pressure was too painful, she pressed even harder and gave attitude saying "you cannot even take this pressure?" Used the towel that wraps the head to wipe the body oil, and put it back on the head. How is this professional?? Before we even leave the place, the masseuse just lie down on the massage bed and didn't even bother if their customers were still there or not. Visit the place at your own risk, body was in pain for a few days at the areas that were pressed.

I’ve signed with this Hua Tang massage parlour at Toa Payoh last year and each visit, they never mentioned that there’s a 1 YEAR VALIDITY for packages. And today, I’ve called in and booked , the lady boss say my package “expired” and there’s still 2 more sessions left, each at $88 , I told her that I was never informed that there there’s a deadline to utilise the packages ?. She say there’s a 1yr validity for all type of packages including hair and nail packages. Well …. Is that so? In that case, nobody want to sign for any type of “packages” then, waste of $.
