★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the oyster omelette ($8 for the medium plate) - the oysters were fairly large and fresh, and there were many. Not too oily. The chilli sauce was spicy, sweet and sour. Spicier and sweeter than typical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelin Guide 2021 listed Huat Heng Fried Oyster is good, the cooking style is starchy like Lim’s Fried Oyster, rather than crispy like Ah Chuan‘s.
It’s a joy watching the uncle fry the oysters, the oyster omelette is flavourful but I would rate it below Lim’s and Ah Chuan’s.
The stall only accepts cash.
