My friend recommended me to try this place and I found the opportunity today to visit. Heard the traditional desserts were good and had to order a few of the signature dishes. Chendol was supposed to be their signature, it tasted okay though I had higher expectations of the gula melaka. It looked diluted when it was served. After taking the 1st mouthful, I could immediately think of a better one which is just a few steps away. The Chendol jelly was pretty nice though, as I preferred the thicker kind. The grass jelly with black glutinous rice and ice cream was interesting to me. Never ever tried this combination before and I thought it was a pretty good combination. A very enjoyable one, though it would be better if the dish was colder. The ice cream kept melting and the dessert just tasted like it was kept in room temperature. Orh nee was not too bad, it was quite smooth and I don't think it was very sweet. Just sad the size of the bowl was smaller than the other dessert bowls. Overall not a bad place to visit as service was prompt.

I've been here twice now and loved it both times! Try their chendol and mango pudding which are both refreshing and delicious. I will like their chendol to have more of a coconut milk taste though! But their gula melaka is sticky and delish. Their pastes are also yummy, I prefer the walnut and black sesame! Helping is a little smaller than expected but price is reasonable. Owners are friendly and the place is comfortable to sit in. Will definitely be back and will bring more friends!!

Ordered their chendol and the amount is good for sharing with other people. Generous with the ingredients and they are pretty flavorful too esp the gula melaka. But since the ice is quite huge, the core part needs more flavor. But overall, it's a great dessert and location is really strategic and it's quite cozy. Will be back to try their other desserts!

Very quaint little shop with delicious chendol. We ordered one chendol to share and the gula Melaka syrup was perhaps added with malt candy, so it was extra gooey with the fragrance of the coconut sugar. Very very nice and the prices are affordable too.

Came here for the dessert but stayed for the savouries. The bowl dumpling and chee Chong fan are a must try. Their desserts are freshly made and not sweet but nothing fantastic about them.

I had their walnut paste. Slightly pricier than the other dessert place nearby, but the taste is there. I would have preferred a slightly stronger walnut taste, and less sweet. But overall, it's a good place to chill, portion wasn't too big (if you ate dinner or are about to eat, this is good). Seems to be family run and service is prompt and friendly. Will definitely go back to try other desserts. Oh and the seating was comfortable too. Better for slightly longer visits.

Located opposite side of Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. Had attached it's location photo for easy to locate. Is crowded almost 90% tables fully occupied. Luckily, there's a table. Tried Grass Jelly with Red Bean, Taro and Sweet Potato, is refreshing for the hot weather. Tried Almond and Walnut,is tasty. Highly recommended for local and tourists as it is located in Chinatown. Service wise, the man who serving and the lady cashier,they are friendly. There are many people order chendol, should try it. We should Support Local during this pandemic

Recommended this store by my good buddy. Comparing dessert stores in Chinatown. This store does stand up. Do try their grass jelly which is herbal and nice. Mango pudding which is nice and sour which is not laced with sugar and I loved it. Good nice shop, not only food is nice but Owner open late for a few table left because it was pouring outside. Told us not to worries wait for the rain to lessen abit and no rush. Good job.
