โ โ โ โ โ The decor is very intimate and so is the service. I appreciate their approach (letting in groups one by one to explain their menu before ordering) but that doesn't help with crowd management.
That said, I enjoyed the ice cream very much (pistachio, dark chocolate, cheesecake) which went well with the flakey croissant.
I really would recommend against the madame ooze signature drink ($7.80) as it just tastes like an ordinary sweet drink with loads of ice. It looks pretty but once you mix it up, it turns into a dark greenish color and the gimmick is gone.
Overall, I paid almost $30 for the entire meal (one drink, one croissant with 3 scoops of icecream) which I think is very pricey for dessert.

โ โ โ โ โ The cafe is very cozy and nice. We came on a Sunday night around 9pm and they were already packing up their toasters, so the ice cream in croissant was no longer available and but they still offered takeaway menu.
We had the ice cream in a cone, the pistachio flavour was nice , but wished to try the croissant next time

โ โ โ โ โ Place was unique and had vintage and fancy vibes!!
We tried the earl grey and lavender as well as the pistachio icecream with a crispy croissant! Came with free topics so we chose marshmallows! 8/10 because the ice-cream was alright but croissant was yummy! :)

โ โ โ โ โ the croissants and ice cream really do go well together.. super huge and crispy housemade croissants, with nice flaky layers.
it's most worth it to get a 3-scoop serving as you would get $1 off. the ice cream scoops are huge and silky, bursting with the flavours yet not being overly sweet. really recommend the pistachio and blueberry cheesecake flavours, two of my favourites ? salted caramel and the biscoff flavours are sufficiently yummy as well. overall - ambience and food, a satisfying experience ?
recommended to stop by whenever you're in the area - and be prepared to be greeted by the warmest hospitality and service hehe ?

โ โ โ โ โ First of all, love the hospitality that we received there, very welcoming.
Our party of 4 had 2 croissants with 2 flavours of ice cream each.
Flavors we tried:
Black Sesame - Fragrant but would love for it to have a slightly coarse texture, otherwise it's good.
White Chrysanthemum - Really strong flavor and not too sweet.
Pistachio - Was never a fan of pistachio ice cream but after trying theirs, am definitely a convert!?
Earl Gray Lavender- Very nice blend of flavors and not too sweet.
Ice cream goes really well with their signature croissants. Croissants were very light, buttery and flaky. All of us agreed that we could have a second helping as it wasn't too heavy.
Would definitely recommend to try!

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended!
I was very impressed by this small little cafe located along the street of south bridge road. Their excellent service has probably brought many restaurants to shame.
Superb service and food!! Their ice-cream was awesome with different depth of favour when it melts in your mouth. A must must try!
Love the beautiful decor which made feel I am somewhere overseas. Great place for hanging out. ?

โ โ โ โ โ The pistachio ice cream was creamy and nutty, so good! And having it with crispy croissant was delightful as well. Raspberry sorbet was nice as well. French lavender drink was a miss for me, it just tasted exactly like sprite and I couldnโt taste any lavender. Was too sweet for me as well. Overall good vibes, the owner was very sincere and friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ Coming here for a coffee break is a unique experience, like being transported to a personal salon in a historic home. Eclectic home antiques, lamps and books, provide a variety of seating options. I opted for the comfortable arm chairs with crystal side table lamps. They are well known for their croissants which looked large and well prepared. I tried a slice of dark chocolate cake and a long black coffee. The cake was rich with a nice layer of frosting. The coffee had nice tasting notes set in different layers and was nice for sipping while listening to classic old music which enhanced the decor and experience. The history of this cafe has been refreshed while the top 2 floors are still a hostel. The helpful and handsome owner mentioned it was crowded with the morning commuter rush, but quieter in the afternoons for a chat, working, or enjoying a good book.
