β β β β β Overpriced used part. Do your homework check the brand new part price first then get them to quote you on their used part. You will be surprised to know that your brand new part is far cheaper than their used ones. Definately will not patronize them for my future repairs or servicing. Unless i see better reviews of them being more reasonable in their pricing..

β β β β β Found a screw in the tyre. Called up a few workshops but k-cars was the only one that picked up and open on a Sunday. Tyre patching was done promptly by Norman with zero fuss.

β β β β β Changed my balding tyres to their budget brand Rotalla. I don't understand the bad reviews posted by other customers. From my observation, the staff are hardworking and try their best. Thumbs up to Norman who changed my tyres.
One thing I noticed is that *some* customers will disturb and delay the mechanics and service staff even though they are extremely busy and trying to finish a task. I counted at least two customers disturbing Norman even though he was rushing to change my tyres. There was even a sign to inform customers not to disturb the mechanics. So maybe it is not the staff's fault in the end, but us customers?

β β β β β Was there on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Two staff were there to attend to me. End up getting 4x Rotalla tyres from their staff Norman even though my rear tyres were still having 70% tread left. He got all the instructions given to him correctly. Kudos to him and his team mate. Tyres are cheap but I can't comment much as I just fitted them and travel less than 10km. Shall see if it lasts
