The staff are very knowledgable and willing to discuss what is best for my needs. Did not try to upsell me parts that were overkill. Would recommend anyone to visit even if just for a short chat about possible upgrades or maintenance.

Big thank you to Shameer, Jamal, Akif and Saniy. The guys are really knowledgeable and passionate about their work, and are extremely patient. I built the system myself but had a ton of help, with the custom cables. (thanks Akif), loop design and aesthetic’s of the build. I have built water cooled PC’s before, but had issues with mounting the water block . Shameer & Jamal were really helpful and patient. They were awesome in helping me out as I was experiencing stability issues with the CPU (i9 12th gen 12900ks)and remounted the system for me by installing a new CPU mounting plate and numerous other issues I encountered during the build. If you are going to build a water cooled system these are the guys to go to. Listen to their advice as it will save you a ton of problems during the build. Once again thank you for all the help. Just an update. I did have issues with stability, BSOD and freezing. The after sales support is excellent. Jamal and Shameer fixed all the stability issues. So a big thank you!
