★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my HyperDrive Gen 2 18 in 1 Hub down to the HQ to troubleshoot issues that I experienced earlier in the day. The team was incredibly patient and skilled at addressing the issues that surfaced (which were caused by user error, whoops). It's worth mentioning that they made for wonderful company and that they stayed past closing time to provide extra non-hyper tech tips. It's nice to know that the people behind HYPER match the quality associated with its brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was browsing through the net and decided to make some online star buy. 1st item a hyper 100W type c charger which can charge macbook and apple watch at the same time. 2nd item was the hyper drive hub which has ports for usb, HdMI, audio jack, sd card reader and etc... basically 9-1 combo for your laptop as docking station!!
Delivery was fast within 48hrs and packaging was good. Product quality is fantastic and had been using it for a few weeks. Comes with 1yr warranty too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two faulty 66W USB GAN chargers in a row, both failing within a month or so of use. When the first one failed I was asked to go to their office to exchange, no worries - I even bought an additional one as a gift because I was happy with the service. Replacement unit failed within another month or so. Update: After some convincing, they picked up the second failed charger from me directly and refunded me. The charger I bought as a gift is still working fine. Thanks for being reasonable and addressing my concerns.
