Visit and ask the guys to pronounce "Devialet". I would have thought knowing how to pronounce the products you sold is the basic... And don't need to be so smug about it if you don't know the correct pronunciation. Just saying...

I had placed two items on consignment some time late 2015. After the item had been sold, I was never informed till I checked back with the owners on 1 Dec 18. A good three years later. I then requested for payment for the item. I was told that their accounting person was not around and they would get back to me. 16 Dec 18, I checked again with no info. 21 Dec 18 I was told the amount that was to be paid to me however no effort was made to write me a cheque. 17 Aug 19 No news was heard till I checked again only to realise that the number I was texting was no longer in use. I went down to the shop frustrated and retrieved one of my items some time later and asked for my cheque. Again, I was told that the accounting person was only in the shop one day of the entire week and they were unable to issue me a cheque till this person was back. They then told me that they will contact me when the cheque is ready. Fine. 14 Nov 19 No contact so I had to find the number from their site of new representative who was supposed to get back to me and texted him about the cheque. Again was told that he will update me. 9 Dec 19 No news? Again I texted the representative and only then did he ask for my full name to be written on the cheque. 23 Dec 19 Finally 4 years later Christmas has come. The representative texted me that my cheque was ready. I managed to collect it on 27 Dec 19. Long story short, 1. NO EFFORT was made to inform me that my item was sold. 2. I had to contact them SIX TIMES and visit the shop personally TWICE before my cheque was ready. NO EFFORT was made to offer to mail me the cheque to save me the trip. 3. Extremely insincere in doing business even though they take a large chunk of the sale as commission and I would definitely not patronise them again. It was an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with the shop.

Great experience here.. One of the best soundings setup... Sales team led by David Leong had been very helpful and knowledgeable... Kudos to the team.. Cheers!!!!

Arrogant attitude. Not interested to engage if you do not have deep pockets.

Have bought some some items over the years: CD Transport, Cables, Power Conditioner etc from Audio Note SG, and sold some items through them too. Sales staff, especially David, is always very helpful and offers good advice, never pushy. Highly recommended.
