★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy the hypnobirth class with Joey. I had a smooth and peaceful natural delivery without scream or yell. The breathing techniques help me to relax lot and overcome the surges. Joey is very helpful even when I was in labor ward by giving encouragement and advise to my husband. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My trainer is Miss Joey.L in Singapore, she is helpful, friendly and approachable. My hypnobirthing journey has allowed me to stay calm during my labour, and went through natural labour without Epidural. In fact, I felt the moment was very magical, peaceful and love the bonding moment with my baby (no screaming or feeling of tension, just breathing and resting during the actual labour).
The lessons gave me sufficient knowledge, so that I was fearless and know what to do at each stage. I practice the breathing, bonding and visualization every night leading up to my labour. It's something that needs practice and commitment, you can't just learn and wing it on that day! It's mind power, when you understand why your body contracts and what she is going through, you will flow with ease. This is an empowering journey for parents-to-be!
