★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate that I needed to change my review. Downgraded the centre from 4 stars to 1 stars review instead. Felt that the student to teacher ratio is too big. They take in up to 10pax to 1 teacher for younger kids in their L2. I felt this ratio can be applied to be bigger kids but for my 4 years plus twins, it’s too big a group to really work on each child effectively. I felt this size is too big to give any quality teachings to each child. My twins did 6 months to get 1 year in ICR Sembawang but didn’t progress well and the kind teacher asked me to switch to another Tr to try. I then switched to Yishun branch whereby I realized that the problem is not in the Teacher but rather the big class size for that makes it hard for the Trs for such a young group of students. I wasted a good amount of money for my twins. Do note that once school terms fees paid are non refundable.
