Woodlands Civic Centre

Nice place with Banks nearby, CPF, NLB, food, and NTUC at basement. These are easily accessible. With Causeway point and Wood square, you can have almost, almost everything. Short of Daiso and Giant only. With the new NTUC supermarket, it's getting better. This NTUC that I've been, i think should be equivalent to the one in NEX. CPF is now under renovation. Plenty of new food stalls. Temporary part of library and CPF undergoing renovations.

Worst lift system ever encountered, should just scrap this lift system and replace it with the conventional buttons. Can always place the buttons lower for handicapped. Would have appreciate if more thinking thoughts were invested before throwing in unnecessary money for such useless upgrades

Nice place to hang out and running errands with many facilities when you are visiting CPF and HDB office. There are also SingPost, NLB library, Starbucks, Fairprice and many enrichment classes. However, avoid parking at peak periods because there are limited parking lots with ongoing renovations.

The "upgraded" lifts are terrible, long waiting time and confusing ppl. The buttons to access lift level are located outside of the lift! What a brilliant idea! Not everyone notice about this especially those elderly, they not even know how to use it. During peak hour, when the lift level are crowded, many of them not realize that they need to pre-press the lift level before entering the lift, so when they are inside the lift, they are lost as they can't choose to access the lift level! I sincerely hope the management should experience it and review the lift system again.

I think Woodlands Civic Center has the worst lift system in Singapore! It is so frustrating waiting for the lifts since they “upgraded” to this system. Users are not able to SEE which levels all lifts are at, thus cannot expect how long they need to wait (and it actually feels FOREVER!). So most people would become so unsettled and eventually choose to climb the stairs. Perhaps Woodlands Civic Center takes the mission to encourage people to exercise? Then good lor win Liao! Whoever suggested to upgrade to this system must be a GENIUS!

Majority of anchored tenants are banks, CPF office, HDB brach office, some F&B outlet & Fairprice supermarket. My favorite Woodlands Regional Library from 1st to 4th floor.

Walking distance covered pathway to TE2 Woodlands MRT Thomson East Coast Line to TE1 Woodlands North linking to future MRT to KL. Walking distance to Causeway Point Woodlands MRT NE line with cinemas entertainments in addition to comprehensive shopping centre amenities. Walking distance covered pathway to future Woods Square. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

A quiet mall with many amenities and services available such as Career Connect ,SATA clinic, Public Library, HDB office and NTUC fairprice etc. Mcdonalds and Thai food is available as well. There is Starbucks too. It is a walking distance to Woodlands MRT Woodlands TE2 Thomson East Coast Line MRT Woodlands bus interchange Causeway Point. Which has plenty of aminities and options for dinning, shopping,banking, supermarkets ,library, cinemas,entertainments ,groceries ,sundries, postage services community centre nearby. Many people find it Convenient to have a place to rest at this Starbucks as they wait for the turn at the DBS Bank or HDB and CPF offices to enjoy coffee aroma and tea. Beauty and wellness such as ezslim London Weight management and Yunnam hair treatment companies are located at level 4. Lifts are designed in a way that we select the level and the lift A B C or D will be indicated on the monitor. You can proceed to the lift accordingly. Toilets were clean. Overall is has much open space and due to Phase 2 it was not crowded.
