Overall an Average experience with this company . At times Their response and updates were quick and precise and yet at times slow and unresponsive . it was Pretty much a gamble to a certain extent . I do feel this is a constant issue with many PSG pre-approved vendors who take on too many jobs and might have insufficient manpower or time to give their 100% to each client . The end product (Website) is decent and the template provided to us was easy to use and straightforward however aft going live , it was slow in terms of page loading speed due to too many plugin which was uninformed to us at the beginning but we were told that it is how the website is supposed to be coded and designed . We have also engaged them to create a duplicate website for one of our APAC offices . Their responsiveness on this project has been prompt so far :)

I engaged I Concept to setup a new website for my business. They were able to accommodate to most of my requirements and the website looks great, which has also enabled me to manage and do more with my business. The team was also quick to support me when I needed help after the website went live, especially the developers I was working with as well as the owner.. a nice and friendly bunch. Thanks guys!

All in all, extremely poor. With the exception of probably one staff who works as their web developer, the rest of the team is extremely unresponsive. Our positive experience with the agency ended at the design brief at their office, where most of the features we wanted on the website were promptly agreed to. However, you would have to remind their team time and time again, to actually have them work on it (with extra customization cost). Like one of the review has mentioned, they are extremely unresponsive. The worst thing is - when they decide to respond, they do not respond with a solution, but with a reason/excuse why the problem happened. So you would literally waste 3 working days just to receive a one liner statement. For the website they have developed, it scored a 5/99 rating on mobile responsiveness for pagespeed insights. Coding was extremely bad, and alot of review had to be done post-job with another developer. Do put serious thought and consideration before signing up for this agency. If you think that money could be saved, think again. Our project got delayed by a total of 4 months from the initial deadline. PM me if you want more details.

First off, I was impressed & pleased with the design which looked very modern & fresh. You really need young people to give a contemporary look. Later in the project, I learnt a lot from the team as they patiently taught me how to use WordPress to maintain my website, they helped bring my skills to a new level. I now maintain the website on my own without difficulties because the team still helps me with my many questions. The cutover was uneventful which is a great compliment as I.T. cutovers are seldom smooth. They endeavoured to make the intrinsically difficult eNETS payment platform work for me & I'm very thankful for that becuase it was all French to me. Access to their company's development workspace is easy and has been a useful & vital testing ground before I implement any new changes to the live website. The one hiccup I have so far is the response time of the live website. It remains slow but I'm not sure if it is a development issue or a hosting problem. I hope to be able to improve it soon.

Overall an above average experience in setting up a new eShop for our facial salon with PSG grant. It took longer than expected. But the result is a nice professional site ready with ecommerce features. The support is prompt. Suggested images are nice. The team was responsive to ensure grant application and claim application was fast. They are a company to go with if you are very clear what you need with the written scope and design.

It was during the Covid-19 pandemic that our company engaged I Concept to set up our E-commerce platform. As with any projects, there deemed to have minor hiccups here and there, but overall, I Concept’s PIC that we worked with was very helpful, responsive and supportive! We can communicate to her anytime via whatsapp, zoom and emails. We will recommend I Concept if you are looking into any web design or digital marketing requirements!

We engaged I Concept to revamp our ecommerce website during Covid-19. There were some issues along the way (just like any other projects) but the team from I Concept were professional and efficient to rectify those issues. Thank you once again and keep in touch. Highly recommended!
