I have been a customer of this branch for almost 5 yrs. The dentists here are very nice and it is probably the reason why i kept on coming back. However, 1 thing to note, there is no toilet here. They used to have it and then they dismantled it. I am not so sure why , is it to cut cost or they do not want customers to use their toilet? Don't see their dental fees getting cheaper too. The receptionist asked me to use the toilet at the coffee shop or in the MRT. Which self respecting dental clinic does not have washrooms for their customers? The wait times are generally long even with an appointment. I am already 20 mins way past my appointment time while typing this AND no toilet.

Having my invisalign here, Dr. Estan Lim is very gentle and havent feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure. Very fast and professional even the assistants. They advice professionaly and really asked what patients wants. Had experience teeth cleaning here too with dr Qi-yan, shes very gentle and i didnt feel any discomfort. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating.

I’m disappointed with the clinic. During the first consultation, we were informed that teeth extraction is not needed and it was a straightforward case. However after we signed up for Invisalign package, we were informed that 4 teeth had to be extracted and not included in the package. We had to fork out an additional amount of almost $3000 for the extraction, bringing the total cost to almost $10000. If we had known this earlier, we would have chosen another clinic. To me this is not ethical way to squeeze more money from your patients. At first we trusted the clinic but after another incident, I’ve lost my trust! We had a package that includes retainers which will be fitted after the end of the treatment. But when we made the last payment, we were informed that we have to pay extra for retainers when we come back. Does the clinic not have a record of the package we signed up for? This is worrying and it appears to me the clinic cannot be trusted to fulfill what they promised.

Have been a customer of UBI branch for many years. Previous years the dentists were very professional and this is the reason why I recommended my family members. Went for yearly scaling, polishing and one filling with Dr Gwen Ho, was shocked with the bill. Would expect at least to inform us in advance if there is additional charges, very disappointed and will rethink twice to go back again.

If you want to do regular cleaning of teeth, I highly recommend Ms. Cecilia Goh. She is always very thorough & attentive & will explain her procedures clearly. Excellent service.

Had a great experience in Ubi. Friendly staffs by the name of Alysha and Zairene. Did scaling and polishing with Dr Matthew. Excellent job. Fast and efficient. Looking forward for my next visit. Kudos team!

Horribly expensive Did traditional braces here two years ago and regretted it as Dr Gwen Ho told me that I wouldn’t need to remove any teeth for Invisalign. However, when I decided to change to traditional metal braces, she advised me to remove 4 teeth for a ‘better’ outcome. So I removed 4 teeth and the outcome was horrid cos I had a generally overall smaller smile that doesn’t appear in photos, unlike before braces. Not only that, the cost for extraction of 4 teeth was expensive and they made me get the Invisalign brand of retainers. 3 sets somemore! Paid about 1k for retainers. What a joke! Environment isn’t new too. It’s noisy and quite old.

Brought my girl there for braces consultation. The clinic is pretty old. Diid not like the feeling of the clinic and treatment room. Everything looked so old and did not "feel" clean due to the stains caused by the old aircon, treatment chair. There is a curtain separating the treatment room and counter. The staff kept coming through the curtain which was very disturbing. Could also hear noise through the curtain. Overall experience was quite uncomfortable. Will not want to go to this clinic anymore as the treatment fee is not cheap and yet the environment is as such.
