β β β β β Itβs a bad experience for me. Itβs too unprofessional.
1. I called to made appointment at 1pm but they said canβt , asked me come at 11.30am. Itβs fine for me. When I reached at 11.30am, they ask me to wait till 11.45am because have patient inside, is ok. But 11.40am come another patient, 11.50am they asked that patient go in instead of me. I wait until 12.30pm finally was my turn. Then whatβs the point you ask me come at 11.30am ?
2. How can they mess up the patient name, ic and appointment? I appointment for cleaning my teeth become filling? My contact number was correct, but the purpose of appointment and IC and name was wrong!!!
I will not come back this dental again!

β β β β β I paid $470 for X-Ray, consultation, cleaning and scaling, and 6 fillings. I normally pay only 70 dollars per visit including consultation for a regular cleaning and checkup, and they sometimes do filling without charging. This dentist is good and did a great job, but this was too expensive for me
Edited from 2 stars to 1 star as right after I posted this post, another 2 people gave 5 stars to offset my 2 star. On top of that, I realised people I know do not pay this much for this service.

β β β β β My mother has been to the dental clinic several times. Each time the staff called to inform on her appointment or change to another time, they were polite and tried their best to accommodate to my mother's request.
She just came back from her appointment this evening and says that the dentist is a very nice person. The dentist don't over-charge or ask her to go for unnecessary treatment. I appreciate these very much.

She was very good and gentle and I donβt really feel the pain from my sensitive teeths.. She put in effort and patient to me and will no rush through the process.. It definitely worth itβ¦? Strongly recommended readers here to use their services especially from Dr.Ngβ¦
