I Photo Studio - 399 Yung Sheng Rd

I recently go there to take MY passpost picture. But they softcopy (picture size-i guess) is not acceptable by the gorvement website. Dont knw what is the reason.

Went to the store to take a passport photo. One of the retailer whom attended to me was extremely impatient, she kept rushing me to decide on choosing a photo, insisting that i am unable to wear clear soft contact lenses as it is "unable to scan", hence i had to go home to grab a casing and a bottle of solution then come back to the store, as it was not provided there. Overall, a bad experience as it took longer than it should have taken.

The lady boss was polite & very helpful. I came with my mum & she made both of us at ease with her demeanour & professionalism. One of the best photo shops in the west that i have came across. Excellent! Pls do GO & patronise!!! :)

Went to take MY passport photo 2 weeks ago at this shop. Called to confirm that they can fulfill the requirement for online submission before I go, but still got cheated by them. Apparently many ppl took the MY passport photo there couldn't submit for online application. I tried to submit it immediately after I received the picture in the shop but still got rejected and hence asked the auntie to retake another one, she refused and said "u go home and use computer to upload sure can". After I reached home, spent hours to upload still got rejected. I already told her I want softcopy only for online submission, but after taking pictures she just print it out and charge me softcopy plus hardcopy without asking me. I said I only need softcopy for online submission but she said may be u will need it for in-person submission. So I think she knows her photo will not be accepted but still cheat on customers. REALLY BAD SHOP AND CHEAT ON CUSTOMERS!

Immensely bad experience. The staff were being extremely impolite and impatient. They have mentioned a price while ordering and have increased the price on the day of collection.

Had very bad experience went to book photo frame we bought one and rest similar one we ordered with them by giving full price then while we went to collect it the response from them was, now price increased first she called by friend and told 10cents increased then telling now it increased by 1$ This she never mentioned on telecon . Here the problem is not about increase in price but business ethics.if we paid full amount on thee booking day itself then how can they escalate price like this Very bad experience

Took my son's and my own photos for passport application. Friendly lady, helped to touch up some minor pimples on the face. Got both soft and hard copies at $12. Submitted my application and got thru, no delays by ICA. Thumbs up!

The only book binding service I can find in my place near Taman Jurong. Price is reasonable. Cannot complain anymore. At least I got my three books binded and collected on the same day.
