My partner was required to go for a swab test and this clinic was the closest one to her. She was referred by a doctor from her neighborhood clinic to get a swab test due to her heavy breathing and blocked nose. So, she went over to the clinic at about 1545Hrs and was instructed to come back at 1800Hrs. I understand that maybe that particular period they were short staffed or were busy. Fine. So at 1800Hrs, my partner went over and she was informed to till 1830Hrs and the staff left the premise to go buy food and eat. This is a complete waste of time and also she was exposed more to viruses and other patients. What if she is a positive case or covid or what is people around her are positive and she is just waiting around the premise not even registered cause the staff choose to leave and get food and asked her to come at 1800 rather than 1830. She is already unwell and she has to leave house multiple times. This is such a disappointing encounter and she shall never come back here ever and I hope no one has to go through what she went through.

Poor customer service. Staff at the counter unclear of Medisave claim procedures, made me come down multiple times due to their negligence. Waste of time.

Avoid at all cost! Poorly managed clinic. When you asked doctor a question, he said ask the receptionist. When you ask the receptionist, she say ask the doctor. When I returned the following week for review, a different receptionist says something opposite. Then they pasted a notice saying there's no doctor till 4pm, then what's the point of opening up? Whats worse is the diagnosis was probably wrong. Complained once, but didn't have any changes.

Actually it deserves no stars at all but obliged to rate in order to leave a comment. Similar problem faced with others. Came by around 8pm as we found out that our mother (an elderly) was tested postivie so this clinic was the nearest that was still opened. Made a trip down but was rejected as they’ve “closed the registration” due to surge of patients but there were barely more than 5 in & outside of the clinic. I fully understand if you’re trying to meet your target of not extending the hours but despite reiterating that we had an elderly (vulnerable) outside who tested positive, staff wasn’t even the least apologetic and just said she couldn’t do anything. No empathy and didn’t even bother to check with the doctor if they could make an exception for the vulnerable age group. She only checked the nearest clinic (which i think is not affiliated to them) that’s supposedly available (via google or smth). When I asked how sure she was that the clinic wouldn’t reject me the same, the staff couldn’t answer. If so, you’ve reached your max of patients, put up a sign, so ppl won’t have to come in with the presumption that you’re still ‘open’ for new intakes. Definitely won’t bother coming here nor its affiliated clinics in Singapore. Think twice about making a visit here. My only regret is not reading the reviews before we got there.

Sunday went to visit doc tan and have my fever medicine and a short checking. Monday the fever seems bad and when I call clinic at 8.30pm (they are closing at 10pm) the nurse ask me to go back on Tuesday (seems like both indian nurseare rushing home as soon as possible) . When I asking about consultant fee need for the 2nd visit? The nurse say MUST .To me if you don't have much time or money to waste don't visit this clinic, because you might need to go back again for 2nd visit ,pay another time for useless medicine. ?

Had multiple bad experiences with this group, at taman jurong branch. I first visited this clinic a few years back as my usual doctor at family point clinic (beside this clinic) was not open. Got charged ridiculous prices ($80+) for fever and sore throat (before COVID). More recently, in the earlier days of COVID, anytime my family members or myself got sick, we had to do a compulsory PCR test that was only offered by this clinic, after referral from the clinic beside it. Every single time, we had to wait 1-2 hours just for a 1min swab test. It does not make sense for swab test patients to wait in the vicinity for so long as it is exposing both the patients and the passersby to COVID. Instead of letting us wait in the same queue as the others who are visiting the doctor directly for the first time, they should have a separate queue for these swab patients which should be cleared first as each swab really only takes 1min at most. Just today, again visited the doctor next door and got referred here to do ART test. At 1130 claimed that there was no doctor and had to come back after 1pm. When i came back, also made me wait 45mins just to a 1min ART test which I believed should have let me do it first before seeing other patients who will take maybe 20mins or more for a consultation.

Very rude staff! It was a Sunday. My mum was very sick. Went to the clinic in the morning, was told to go home as no doctor available and doctor would arrive at 5pm. They advised to come again before 5pm. So at about 445pm, my mum & sis went there again. The staff chased them out saying clinic could not take in anymore patients. My sis tried explaining to the staffs, but they ignored her!! Hope karma goes back to all of the staffs! ??
