β β β β β Great location (MRT food cafe bars hawker are all minutes walking distance) and nice facilities (massive pool, two tennis courts, jacuzzi floor). Apartments are ok, not big but more affordable than newer developments.

β β β β β The pool is really nice, big and clean. Apartments are a bit small but later out logical way. The facilities on the 31st floor (gym, jacuzzs, clubhouse) are a nice addition and I have ran into a few people up there.

β β β β β Nice place, good amenities and pool. Close to mrt, bus stops, cold storage, fair price and a large range of restaurants. Tanjong Pagar plaza hawker center provides the local eating options.

β β β β β The hot tubs are comically hot. Or occasionally cold. But mostly just too hot for humans. Almost never a decent temperature. My place is falling to pieces. Cracks in the wall. Broken trash chute handle. Broken door handle. The pool is nice, the security and cleaners and office people are nice, the location is great, everything else is just kinda mediocre to poor.

β β β β β Maintenance is kinda poor and the actual build quality of the apartments is shoddy. Gym is tiny and super limited, but there's an outdoor area with kettlebells and a nice view.
Location is good, pretty much across the road from Tanjong Pagar station and 100am. There's a cold storage, a bagel place, a 7/11 and bakeries in the building itself so it's convenient.
Overall okay.

I searched on the internet, some people comment on cockroach situation, but right now, been lived here for month, I never seen one for my experience.
