We have engaged ID Aileen Ho for our renovation. The renovation process was fast and defects were rectify properly. The whole renovation took 1.5 months only. Hi Tracy, here am I. Thank you so much for helping me to "build" my lovely dream house and now we called it HOME. Right start from the idea to have a bright, spacious yet with enough storage, not too boring environment, Tracy has come out with a design layout which met my expectation. Still remembered the process we choose each brick and tile, wall, cabinet, door and frame color until everything was slowly appeared in front of our eye, it melt my heart. On the budgeting side, Tracy always know to take care of my wallet and bank balances, to avoid any unnecessary spending which not reality when come to practical. She will patiently shared her experience on the work and let us have a choice among the best. One thing I like the most from her professionalism is that she would put herself in the shoe whenever come to a "hard to decide" situation. All after all, you may enjoy the pictures below for the hard work and effort from Tracy and myself. I personally felt that, it is very important to find a professional ID while doing the renovation. she will be the coordinator for every single service, tiler, painter, electrician, plumber, carpenter, window and grille and so and so on. This has help us save a lot of time and have a peace of mind.

Terrence was my id. My experience with him was fantastic. He will understand your requirements before he suggest or propose for your consent to proceed. He resolved issues on the spot. He provided regular updates and progress on the project. He will give you a peace of mind if you engage him for your renovation projects.

Am a first time home owner and I bought a resale flat. Engaged AILEEN HO from ID Gallery through Renonation. Key handover from seller (due to 3 months extension) was on 31st October 2021. Renovation started officially the next day as materials for renovation were already downstairs a week before handover and the Safe Entry QR code is approved and pasted on my flat door too. I am a working full time single parent of a teen and works permanent night shift. Honestly I didn't have time to always supervise or make sure all went smooth with my flat. I TOTALLY entrusted everything to AILEEN HO. I told her what or how I wanted my flat to look like based on pictures I've shown her so I let her took the reins. And I AM NOT disappointed with her work and her team. Only checked ONCE and that was 3 weeks before key handover on 30th December. Only noticed a few minor hiccups which were rectified immediately. So renovation for my resale flat started on 1st November 2021 until 30th December 2021. All I can say for a fuss free person like me AILEEN HO's team and her work is DEFINITELY FAST. P/S: Don't mind the 'naked' mattresses, it was laundry day ? the 'yellow aircon' (works still fine as what previous owner said? so I didn't changed all aircons in my flat)

I got my first home in 2022, and during the month I started shortlisting, I started researching on interior designers in Singapore to speak to. All in all, I spoke to about 11 designers from 10 different firms, some were disastrous, some were amazing but overpriced, some cheap but untrustworthy. This is where ID Gallery became shortlisted, after an initial conversation with Aileen, we met up to talk more about what I envisioned and for her to get more information about me/my new home. In the end, I went with Aileen simply because she impressed and won over not only me, but my parents as well, who would be frequent visitors in my first home. From start to end, the entire project took us a three months give and take. Aileen was always present, handled the entire project for me (I only visited the site about four times through the entire renovation process) and not only that, she also has the foresight to see when issues might happen, fixing things for me, even absorbing minor costs for me when it comes to the things she knows will work better for the home. There was no question she left open-ended, she always had contacts to help me figure out issues, she is there for every appointment and purchase to ensure she could recommend and answer questions I might have. Aileen was always open with us, always contactable, sending me updates once every milestone was completed. Her experience is valuable to me, allowing me to tap into her insight when it comes to elements which may not work, or might end up being things I regret in the future. The process could not have been easier for me, and the end product could not be more beautiful - my first home is a huge thing for me, and Aileen made the entire renovation journey as seamless for me as possible. Me and my parents do not have an ounce of regret in enlisting ID Gallery and Aileen to renovate my first home for me.
