Met 1 horrible ID, then replaced by another even more horrible ID. Totally wasted my time.

Engaged Livspace for a kitchen make-over. Served By ID , Mr. Ted. For the amount of project, the attention was adequate especially during time of post CoVId, whereby construction manpower is an issue. The initial discussion and proposed design won our heart especially because of Ted' s experience and his personality. He gave confidence and assurance and attended to any inquires we had. His team of carpentry was professional in their work and humble in taking care of our requirements. Again beyond 5stars for Ted and his carpenters. Ted went around our neighbours informing about the disturbance of hacking and got the project to start on time.Will recommend Livspace - ID : Ted to any friends and family and will only look for him for future projects. Thank you Ted for the wonderful experience with you, though some unnecessary followup needed by your contractors and can be improved for a better overall completion. We were a target group via Instagram ads by Livspace. From the moment we made contact, we got a quick reply and assigned to an ID (Stephanie). In a few days we jumped in on a zoom call and discussed at length what the look-and-feel of our was going to be, and the environment we want to create. Amongst all the IDs we were sharing with - Stephanie grasped our vision very quickly. The renovation cost was well within our budget as well. What we appreciated about Stephanie was she didn't cut corners. Keeping in mind our home is 37 years - if things had to be rectified she was very clear with it. From changing of DB box to doing a re-wiring haul for the house, it was all taken care of. She was very involved with how we (owners) are going to feel the home. From the initial phase to hacking the storeroom, levelling the floor, screeding, etc was executed quick. Let me put a disclaimer - (from my knowledge) I don't think in the course of any renovations, there would be a smooth start to finish. But having an ID to can troubleshoot on the fly makes the whole difference. A key factor was our renovations were eating into the year-end 2021 to early January 2022 where most contractors are fighting time to hand over before the Lunar New Year. We are very grateful Stephanie engaged a "Navy Seal" of contractors, Daniel, to tie up all the loose ends. Overall this was a positive journey. Hiccups happen, but it's the recovery that matters. Stephanie cruised it smoothly for us. Big love to Stephanie and Livspace!
