★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to this shop for over 20 years. Gary is super patient and chill - I made dunno how many visits to ask for frame repair, replacing nose piece etc, all free.
If you compare with other shops (eg how much for frame + lens), some might seem cheaper, but the moment you ask for an apples-to-apples comparison (eg how much for essilor lens), it becomes obvious that his prices are very competitive.
