AZ Optics Centre - Queensway Shopping Centre #01-39

I went here because my store was closed. A screw broke off out of my glasses so one of the legs came off. Little piece of the screw was still inside. I asked if they could remove and attach the leg with a new screw. The lady immediately said no, you can get a new frame, can't fix. I was like no, don't need a new frame just a screw fix. Again she said lenses look great get a new frame. I was like no and wanted to leave. Only then she told me ok $5 for fix. I was overwhelmed by her forceful reaction so I said oke for the fix. I regret saying yes, all they wanted was my money for a couple of $100 new frame. Ridiculous. I will never go here again. Bad way to treat potential new customers, they missed out.

Do not go here. I went in to change the glasses of my all time favourite frame. After leaving the store & on my way home, they called me that they accidentally broke my frame in two pieces & could not be repaired. Like WHAT!? My all time favourite glasses were destroyed by them. They proposed for me to come back and find a new frame. For context, I'm a Caucasian living in SG and only a small fraction of the frames offered are suited to fit my nose & face. It took them 3 days to have me come down to their store and they only showed me one possible frame that I could like. In the meantime I've been shopping around myself trying to find something similar at any other opticien in SG. I eventually found two frames that were similar within the 150-250 SGD range. However, they were unwilling to accommodate to compensate me for this and only offered $50 as a compensation to find another frame somewhere else - which is proven impossible for the same style and Caucasian fit that I had before. These actions tell me this business has no customer centricity and only care about their own short term bank account. Any request from me to have a reasonable conversation with the manager or any other decision maker was denied. Highly discourage anyone doing business with this store - avoid at all cost.

Last Sunday l had a very pleasant experience at AZ Optics Centre ,located at Queensway Shopping Centre . Originally, l went with my relative to collect her new spectacles, but was much impressed by the excellent service of the staff that l decided to get a new pair for myself. I am very pleased with the efficient and polite service rendered by Mr James who is knowledgeable in his trade. I left the shop with much satisfaction at the service and price and looking forward to collect my spectacles in a week's time.

Have been my opticians for 20 years and now my daughter is their client as well. Very amazed by their hardworking attitude to close only at 9pm. And even at 8pm there are still clients being served. Go there for good prices and very speedy completion of the glasses (within 15 mins)

Have been a regular customer here for q awhile but for some reason still do not have purchase/prescription history in database. Mary (which seems to be the laoban but seen lesser nowadays) and James were easygoing and professional. However, the other optometrists' service were calculative and not customer-centric, doubting that I was a regular customer since I was not in their database.

Compare with many optical shop, found this AZ Optics to be the best and cheapest price. Good service rendered by Miss Rizzie. Patience and detail in the prescription. After collection got a bit of correction needed and it was resolve quickly. Thank you AZ Optics for the excellent sales experience. Highly recommended

Walk into Queensway Shopping Centre and found this AZ Optics Centre. They provided very good service as the young guy attended me when I was standing in front of the shop and looking for the glasses. Besides, Miss Rizzie is a professional optician, she able to let me know the problem of my eyes sight after test my eyes and recommended the glasses that fit to my eyes and requirements. She is very patience and explained the details to me of the difference between the glasses, frame and contact lenses.Even, I able to collect my glasses and contact lenses as promised.Thank you AZ Optics for the excellent sales experience. I love my new glasses so much!Highly recommended to everyone.
