Have been getting my glasses from them since 2007. Never fail to provide great service and advice. Have bought multiple Tag Heuers frames, a couple of others, and my latest pair of ic! berlin from them. Always looked for Tracy. Highly recommended and never disappoints.

I have been coming here to make my glasses since the early 2000's. The eye checks are always very detailed and professional, which gives me confidence in their service. Prices are definitely not low like those $88 2-hour shops, but I want to be assured of the correct "degree" for something that I wear more than half my time. You can request for slight discount if you pay by cash (instead of credit card/nets).

very bad customer service after sale. There were defects on the glasses The old lady didn’t intend to help at all but push out all the responsibilities at their side and ask customer to go to Rayban service Center while the sunglasses were purchased from this store The peeling and scratches are not human made but more like defects/bad quality issue The reply from the store is not sincere and not professional as well. The response from the old lady is to get rid of the responsibility and make me feel that this sunglass is bought from elsewhere and none of their business. We do understand the sunglass condition is not good that’s why we are coming however. The issue is the sunglass were only wore for less than 5 times Not only that, what is not convincing is that you do not understand how frustrated the customer is after spending so much at your place while see such bad quality product and service. The old lady does not even bother to help us to check anything just say you should go to where where where not here. The respect is mutual. You do not provide pleasant and satisfied service to the customer who actually pay for you and it is the most basic thing and not sure what you are expecting from the customer Really waste of my time to travel all the way to the store just listen to the not helpful suggestion. You sell it and you should be responsible for it as well at least should make people feel you are trying yo be responsible However I didn’t see it at all There were similar comments / reviews about the defects which make customer more assured this is how you are providing the service In stead of Replying such insincere message probably you should spend more time to think about how to improve your customer service and product quality

Tracy checked my kids's eyes with much detail and care. My kids loved her afterwards and when i reminded them of what Aunty Tracy says about good eye habits, they immediately stop laying down to watch television. I also ordered my daily use contact lens from her and she corrected my vision problem as i was wearing non compatible degree prescribed. None of the staffs were pushy there about sales and i just simply got what i needed like 1 month supply of a colored and clear lens (note: both eyes different degree) with ease. Nicely packed and some free lens too! Thumbs up!!!
