โ โ โ โ โ Price increased exponentially overnight, water leakage from new tap, big gaps between tile joints and toilet left in a mess. After more than $7k, and almost 1 month, planned conversion of bathroom to a handicapped friendly one is far from completed. Just leakage and mess. No support bars to connect from toilet to vanity area. No response when I asked for quote to add bars to close the support gap.

โ โ โ โ โ Sean and team helped did a full renovation of our bathroom to make it handicap-friendly including re-tiling, removing a bathtub and installing new fixtures. Sean personally took the time to help with selecting tiles at the tile shop and his team came back for retouches even after the work was completed. Very responsive and professional service.

โ โ โ โ โ Engage Ilet to resolve the leakage in my bathroom that goes to the basement carpark. Took opportunity to renovate my toilet. Work was professionally done and problem was resolved. His workers were also very helpful and ensure place is tidy up before the left for work. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ I reached out to ILet in aug 2021 when I had a a quick turnaround job to convert my bathtub to a shower space for a family member who suffered an unexpected critical illness. They converted my bathroom within a week and made sure it was safe and ready for use. After this first work, I found them to be honest and reliable and decided to build a roof awning and waterproof my old and leaking balcony. They completed it before the expected period and since then they have been helping our family with minor emergency works which I am very grateful?. Highly recommend others to give them a try and the owner Sean Tan is great at solving challenging Reno and home-fixes problems.
