★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seem like IM holdings are appointed to be Singapore General Hospital's medication delivery provider. Not only did the medication not show up on scheduled date, repeated calls to their 'customer service' line is always unanswered.
A lady called back the next day, promising the same delivery again, but that delivery window has now came and gone, my medication is still NOWHERE TO BE SEEN.
I've explained that these are life saving essential drugs and they need to reach me by today regardless. I dont think they care nor can they be bothered. DO NOT ENGAGE THEM.
