They did an excellent job in : 1) Very clearly explaining the process and putting together a plan. 2) Helped me build a stronger profile, 3) Did a great job in preparing the paperwork, 4) Were always available in case of questions. Thanks to Ryhan for providing extra help especially collecting documents in person in my absence. It's useful to have guidance from people with experience of the process but also you must add your own effort and use letters provided as a template only.

The agency submits the documents for you, but it doesn't guide you on how to stand out for the other applications. They only suggest things everyone knows: donating to charity, having an outstanding resume, etc.
They don't provide honest feedback about what Singapore is looking for, examples of good PR applications, their success rate.
And not even offer to analyze why your PR was rejected they wash their hand and say, oh yes, think are like this.
Please save your money and check on youtube how to apply for PR is the same but cheaper.
