β β β β β Highly recommend this place if you need professional help in applying for your PR! I remembered the first time i came to their office, i was greeted warmly by the nice staff. The sales person was very polite when she brought me into one of their rooms. Kept asking if we felt comfortable and need offered us water. Tried asking for soft drinks but too bad they didnt provide. During the consultation, i felt very convinced as i saw testimonials of how their past clients managed to get their pr though them. Also, they were very experienced people. If you need help with your pr, you can try them too.

β β β β β Freaking scammers.they charged me 3.5K for the services , and My application was rejected. No one did the follow up and when I contact them to re-apply they said they will charge me again for my new application. My 3.5K was only for one time application.actually I wouldnβt mind for that amount if Iβm accepted and if they r willing to apply for me until I am accepted. But I paid huge amount and they said that was for only one time application and worst thing is I wasnβt informed about that. The consultant told me they can reapply for me multiple times but didnβt inform me they r charging me the service fees each time.
Scammers !!!

β β β β β On behalf of my relative, I would STRONGLY urged people considering using their service to think twice. Currently they have changed their name from Immigration Solutions to Paul Immigration.
Generally they have a sales tactic, by offering S$7000 for the application. They will pretend to assess your criteria and would say "you have 90% of becoming PR" and urge them to sign up their service.
If you reject their S$7000 offer, they will reduced their price by half and say only valid if you sign up immediately.
Attending to my relative application is Ms Chanel Tan.
What they do is (also what you can do yourselves without an agent), they will send you a list of documents to prepare. After you had everything, they will just submit for you.
Do not buy into what the agent claims- that they can value add by having additional critical details in the submission to increase your chances. In actual fact, ICA does not have avenue to include irrelevant documents via the online submission.
Thereafter, you just had to wait for your result.
After your result is rejected, they have no follow up etc. Basically the whole process is as good as handling by ourselves. There isn't a need for agent.
I kinda suspect those good review are done by "internal personnel" to bump their flawed rating.

β β β β β This scammer company has changed its name to Paul Immigrations and will soon be changing names again due to CASE complaints and comments from former staff on their unethical practices such as:
Managers lack leadership and intelligence. The company promotes anyone who sucks up to the higher management even if they lack the capability to lead. Managers are power hungry and feel they are too high and mighty to assist subordinates. They take extended lunch breaks while terminating others for the same
CEO implements draconian measures including punishing emoloyees for not hitting KPI when insufficient tasks are assigned, making it impossible to hit kpi.
target penalty includes inhumane practices such as staring at SOP for 1 hour without looking away or you will have to start all over again. Looking at your phone or going to the bathroom will cause you to start all over again.
Like a 90s thriller, executive assistants are ordered to monitor the CCTV at all times to monitor the employees and ensure they behave like robots who dont communicate or socialize. These watchdogs will then report to the CEO. May as well be at a gulag or concentration camp.
HR department is nitpicky and misogynistic and issues warnings for female posture and tone which they claim is bad customer service even if staff is not client facing.
Company HR is subservient to the CEO and does not care about the staff wellbeing. They send emails at midnight about sudden paycuts and other stressful PTSD inducing changes.
Company cut salary without consent for more than 3 months straight while encouraging staff to support and hold on. Upon restoration, there was a mass termination of more than 10 staff.
Direct supervisors are bitc*y and inappropriate and pry into the intimate lives of their subordinates. Managers say kpi discourages gossiping but they gossip the most
Company lies about bonus and then makes excuses not to give them. No 13th month or red packet during CNY. Pay increment is less than $50 and there is no opportunity for career progression unless you conform to ridiculous "positivity guidelines" like complimenting all colleagues and accepting draconian company policy without any opposition
Racial discrimination runs rampant and many incidents of insensitive comments made via chat and verbally.
Purpose of HR is not to act as a bridge between the staff and higher management but to carry tales about which employees are fighting for their rights or reporting exploitative measures to MOM
Company uses government announcements and pimps the pandemic to cut pay and terminate even when they are not affected. Employees forced to take unpaid leave and managers force staff to take MC to meet unattainable kpi.
Company compels staff to lie like writing fake good reviews for their other companies and on glassdoor. If one refuses to do so, they are told their bonus will be affected
Other lies include lying to client about 100 percent approval rate and so called advanced packages that are more expensive and with no actual added incentives.
When clients verbally abuse staff, company expects us to tolerate it. If you break down or complain, the insipid managers will claim you are negative.
Liars galore. You can exceed expectations or fail miserably and they will lie for you or against you depending on which higher management staff favours you.

β β β β β Paul Immigration (same address as Immigration Solutions) to stop misleading claims about success rate of Singapore PR applications: CASE
SINGAPORE: An immigration consultancy that specialises in Singapore permanent resident applications has signed an agreement with the consumer watchdog to stop misleading people on the success rate of its services.
The Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) said on Wednesday (Nov 17) that under the voluntary compliance agreement signed on Sep 7, the firm Paul Immigrations has also committed to stop putting undue pressure on consumers to buy its services, as well as to offer a five-day cooling off period for those who wish to cancel their contracts.
This came after CASE received 58 complaints against the company between Jan 1, 2020 to Sep 30 this year.
Paul Immigrations specialises in Singapore permanent resident applications. Its services, which were sold to consumers in a package, include advising on the application process, preparing the necessary documents, as well as crafting personalised letters for applicants.
"In general, consumers reported that the company had misled them on the success rate of their PR applications, including giving guarantees that their PR applications would be approved," said CASE.
Consumers also complained the company's consultants applied pressure during the sales, such as repeatedly pressuring them to sign up for packages with offers of discounts and instalment payment, despite them rejecting the offers or requesting for more time to consider.
"Under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), it is an unfair practice for a supplier to make false or misleading claims, and to exert undue pressure or influence on a consumer to enter into a transaction," said CASE.
In response to complaints, CASE said it exercised its powers under the CPFTA and invited Paul Immigrations to enter a voluntary compliance agreement to "stop its unfair practices and compensate affected customers".
Under the terms of the agreement, Paul Immigrations has agreed to not make any claims or guarantees regarding the success rate of its Singapore permanent resident application services.
It has also agreed to remove all misleading claims from its website and marketing materials, as well as not make any claims or references to their knowledge of information and processes related to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
The company agreed to not make any claims or references that its employees are currently or have been previously employed by ICA.
It also agreed to offer a five-day cooling off period for consumers to cancel their contracts and provide a refund within 30 days after a consumer sends a written notice of cancellation to the company.
"CASE is monitoring Paul Immigrations closely and will not hesitate to refer the company to the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore for investigation under the CPFTA if the unfair practices continue," said the association.
CNA has contacted the company for comment.

β β β β β Recommended PR application consultancy in Singapore. My friend had applied with them last year after 4 tries and got their pr approved. Upon hearing their story, i decided to give Immigration Solutions a try, and i definitely did not regret my decision. When i went up to their office, i waited at the reception for 5-10mins, which seemed a bit long to me, before i was brought into a room. The consultant did a simple evaluation of my portfolio and explained on how i can get my pr with my portfolio - i was very impressed by their knowledge. Worth my time!

β β β β β They deserve (minus) -5 stars.
Don't get fooled by the positive reviews, these must be given by their staff members or were added by their own people.
This company is a big scam. The amount they charge you is huge and you can attempt by your own sever times in that cost.
They can not do anything good to improve your PR chances.
They are just fooling and looting people.
