★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to catch them just before they close today. Their stall is located within KouFu foodcourt. As its end of the day, there isn't anything much so we ordered the Fish maw pig stomach chicken soup. It is served piping hot and it really wowed me! I wasn't expecting it to be so good, that's why I did not bother to snap a picture of my soup. The broth is thick with collagen and flavour, it's umami and nothing less than those you get in high end chinese restaurant 炖汤。 Do give it a try!
