Maybe it’s because I’m a man at a woman’s clinic, but I’ve been there twice and never seen such terrible service. Front staff is incapable of calling back in due time, when they do call back they lack basic service and information, they are so extremely loud and rude and poorly coordinated with the doctor, the clinic opens late and closes early, the list goes on. Not very comfortable with the counter staff who was asking loudly my personal details. It would be much better that she could have asked me to write it down rather than shouted out loud. So unprofessional.

Staffs there lacked empathy and do not seem to understand that a patient's privacy is extremely important. On most occasions, they loudly asked for my personal info or shared instructions to follow which made me very uncomfortable. The waiting time can be ridiculous (dr was not doing any surgery etc) and they do not follow appointment timings. The final straw was when I had an emergency appointment and dr. emphasised to come down first thing in the morning. Staff told me that I had no appointment, therefore even though I'm the first to arrive (I came 30 mins early just so I wouldn't cause inconvenience to other patients), I'll have to wait for the lady that's doing a yearly check. Staff was so insensitive, without making any effort to clarify or understand my situation. Imagine being so distress about your situation. I had to repeat twice to check with Dr ben and yet she's going on and on about appointments and irrelevant nonsense. I've been with dr ben for years but all in all, for the price you're paying, you can find way better elsewhere. If you're planning for a baby, please do a thorough research as you do not want to waste time and money.

More concerned with making money than helping patients. Dr Lily Neo didn't warn me of the side effects of an antibiotic she prescribed, and when I called in, the nurse dismissed it, saying "most people don't have side effects, even myself". I told her that a quick search on google will tell you that this medication DOES HAVE COMMON SIDE EFFECTS including nausea and vomiting - as was my experience. The nurse replied with a laugh, "Google will tell you a lot of things". Spent almost $400 on this place. Not a trustworthy practice.
