β β β β β Have MRI appt at 10.30am after changing was told i can have my MRI at 1045am however a patient walk in and staff allow him to take up my slot without informing me at all but i waited till getting hyponess and asked them then i was upset why i was treated in this way staff are very inconsiderate and no compassion in pravite clinic centre at all

β β β β β Took my covid vaccination here. After the 1st dose, I emailed to say that my trace together is not updated, they responded to say that it will be updated after the 2nd dose. After the 2nd dose appeared on my Healthhub, the information for the 1st dose is still not updated. I've called and emailed them several times, they always say they will check and update.
