★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery of my new Sienta by Ms Claire Koh. It was 4.15pm and Claire would have seen many clients ahead of me, but I felt like I was the first and only of the day! So friendly, she really knows her stuff and has great EQ too!
Also a shout-out to the 'uncle' who took over my previous Vios and checked the interior so thoroughly that he found some tiny thing I left behind and came back to return it to me!
Love my new Sienta. Have owned many Toyotas in my lifetime and won't quit any time soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 March 2022: I go there for my car servicing. It's pricey compared to workshops outside but at least you are guaranteed original Toyota parts.
The customer lounge on the second floor has a small canteen and some seats for customers. Appreciated the charging ports at the counters so people can work there.
Was there today and there was a guy with his mask off his nose snoring away loudly in front of the TV. Kinda off-putting.
